  • Reduc­tion of the volume flow to 35 m³/​h (approx. 1/​60) → 3,000 mg/​m³
  • Reduc­tion of pol­lut­ants 99.9% to 3 mg/​m³ → 3 mg/​m³ con­cen­tra­tion ambi­ent air
  • Energy con­sump­tion during ope­ra­tion 0.3 kWh
    Opti­mi­zed addi­tive local suc­tion at the laser head

  • Dry­ing regis­ter from the prin­ting press is no lon­ger neces­sary due to inte­gra­ted heat recirculation
  • Almost com­plete uti­liza­tion of the heat of oxi­da­tion of the sol­vents for drying
  • No com­bus­tion of fos­sil raw mate­ri­als
    2300t CO2 savings per year and com­pli­ance with all limits
